Terms of Service

By creating a Deplo account or using the Deplo service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Deplo on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Deplo provides Salesforce metadata analysis, AI-assisted explanation and change proposals, and, where you explicitly enable it, narrow data fixes via Records Doctor. By default Deplo only reads metadata from your Salesforce org. Records Doctor write-back is gated behind three independent opt-ins (a per-deployment server flag, a workspace setting, and a per-org connection toggle) and is sandbox-only at launch; production execution unlocks only after our extended rollback-test program completes. Every executed change is logged with a deterministic rollback plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getdeplo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Deplo to access Salesforce orgs you do not have authorization to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit the service
• Use Deplo in a way that violates Salesforce's Terms of Service or your Salesforce org's security policies
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

You are responsible for any content you share via shareable report links. By default share links expire 30 days after creation, anonymize org identifiers, and hide raw dependency lists unless you explicitly opt in at share-time. You can revoke share links at any time; revocation takes effect immediately. Every view of a share link is logged for your audit purposes (hashed IP only, no PII).

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Deplo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that dependency analysis results will be complete or accurate. Always verify critical changes against your Salesforce org directly before deploying.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deplo's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Deplo in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@getdeplo.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
